These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between the ku9o platform and its users. By browsing the ku9o website, creating an account, or using any of its services, the user acknowledges that they have read and fully accepted these terms and conditions.

ku9o reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Revised terms take effect from the moment they are published. If a user continues to use the platform after changes are made, they are considered to have agreed to the revised terms.

This document is written in Bengali and is to be interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully in force.

1.1 Definition of Services

"Services" refers to the ku9o website, mobile application, and all betting, gaming, and transaction facilities provided through them. "User" refers to any person who accesses these services or manages an account.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

To use ku9o's services, opening a valid personal account is required. Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

2.1 Registration Information

2.2 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Passwords or OTPs must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, ku9o's support team must be notified immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure transactions, ku9o may require verification of a user's national identity card or other identity documents. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

All casino and betting activities on ku9o are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Underage individuals are not permitted to use this platform, and any such account found will be closed immediately.

Providing false information about age at the time of registration may result in forfeiture of all deposited funds and winnings in the account. ku9o believes in responsible gaming and takes active steps to ensure user protection.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

Residents of areas where online gaming is legally prohibited or restricted should not use ku9o. Users are responsible for being aware of the laws applicable in their own region.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

New members at ku9o receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, your total balance becomes ৳3,000 and you must place ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is applicable to one account only.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; withdrawal is only possible upon meeting the specified conditions.
• ku9o reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the account and associated bonuses may be forfeited.
• Only individuals aged at least 21 are eligible for bonus offers.

5.2 VIP Cashback

ku9o's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0%), and Gold (up to 1.5%). Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week. No wagering requirements apply before withdrawing cashback.

All bets placed at ku9o are considered final and cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed. Specific rules apply to each game or sports event, which are detailed on the relevant page.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bets must be confirmed before the match begins; otherwise the bet may be considered void.
• If a match is cancelled, the deposit for that bet will be returned.
• In the event of a technical error or result dispute, ku9o reserves the right to make the final decision.

6.2 Casino Games

• ku9o reserves the right not to pay out any winnings that were incorrectly paid due to a software error.
• The RTP and rules for each game are governed by the information stated on the relevant game page.
• If an internet connection is lost, the outcome of the ongoing round will be determined according to ku9o's server records.

6.3 Live Casino

The dealer's decisions and the rules of the streaming technology provider apply in the live casino. If the connection is lost, the outcome of the ongoing round will be determined from the data stored on the server.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ku9o, and violating them may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets or conducting transactions for the purpose of earning bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

If suspicious activity is detected, ku9o reserves the right to investigate or suspend the account immediately. The associated balance may be placed on hold during the investigation.

ku9o reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information at the time of registration.
• Failure to complete identity verification or failure to provide required documents.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• The user themselves requests account closure.

8.1 Closure at User's Request

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any eligible balance in the account will be returned through the standard process, but any unused bonuses will be cancelled.

ku9o makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service on its platform. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, server maintenance, or external factors — ku9o will not be liable for this.

ku9o will not bear responsibility for any loss caused by a user's internet connection problems, device errors, or third-party service failures. If any error or discrepancy is detected on the platform, ku9o's server records will be considered final.
