How Weekly Cashback Works
At the end of each calendar week, ku9o calculates your net loss by subtracting your total winnings from your total losses. Cashback is then added to your account based on your VIP tier rate applied to that net loss.
If there is no loss in a given week — meaning total winnings equal or exceed total wagers — cashback does not apply for that week. Cashback is only available when there is a net loss.
